Whilst people were enjoying the festive days, our loanees were once again in action! Let’s take a look at how they performed this week.
Gaetano Oristanio started & saw 77 minutes for Cagliari in their 0-2 loss away to Hellas Verona.
On Friday evening, Monza were defeated 0-1 at home by Fiorentina. Valentín Carboni came off the bench, seeing 29 minutes.
Last wednesday, Brest beat Lorient 4-0 at home over in Ligue 1. Martin Satriano started and saw 74 minutes, registering an assist. His side currently sit 4th in the table, which would mean qualification for the UEFA Champions League.
In Serie B, two matchdays took place over the last 5 days. Francesco Pio Esposito started and saw the full 90 minutes in both games, a 4-1 loss away to Cittadella as well as a 1-1 draw at home against Modena.
Alessandro Fontanarosa started both games for Cosenza, being substituted after 75 minutes in a 0-0 draw away to Bari. In the second game at home, his side suffered a narrow 1-2 defeat to Como as the defender saw the full 90 minutes, getting a yellow card in the 48th minute.
Sampdoria played both games at home, losing 2-3 to Feralpisalò and drawing 1-1 against Bari. Both Filip Stanković and Sebastiano Esposito saw the full 90 minutes in both games, with the striker getting himself one goal in each game, including a late equalizer against his former club Bari.
In Serie C, Aurora Pro Patria drew 0-0 at home to Pro Sesto 1913, with both Andrea Moretti and William Rovida seeing the full 90 minutes, the latter earning himself another clean sheet.
On Friday, Alessandro Silvestro started and saw the full 90 minutes for Fiorenzuola in their 1-2 home defeat against Novara.
Fermana played out a 1-1 draw away at Pescara, with Jacopo Gianelli and Dennis Curatolo both seeing 11 minutes off the bench.
